Ingredients and Suggested Use:
Camu Supreme™ is packaged in a bottle containing 120 capsules of Myrciaria dubia. A good maintenance dose is 4 capsules daily but for acute and chronic conditions that need higher amounts of vitamin C, bioflavinoids and antioxidants you can do 8-12 pills daily or more. People starting to come down with a cold often report getting helped by taking 4 pills 4x throughout the day.
