Refunds and Returns
When you make a purchase from us, all sales are final and non-refundable. We request that you please review your order before completing payment to make sure everything is correct, and our team is always here to answer any questions you may have before checking out.
Problems With Order Upon Arrival
If you experience any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to our customer support team at support@detoxrejuvenation.com and provide any relevant details and photos to help us resolve this for you. Examples of situations when you should reach out to us right away include receiving the wrong product, missing products or receiving damaged products.
Lost, Stolen or Returned Packages
We are always working hard to ship out your packages in a timely manner, but there are only certain aspects of the fulfillment journey we have control over. While we do everything we can to make sure the package has the best chance of delivery, as soon as we release the package to the shipping company we are not responsible for items that may be lost or stolen while being shipped to you, or returned to us. For this reason, we do not issue refunds for lost, stolen or undelivered return packages.
If you did not receive your package, we suggest first reaching out directly to the carrier as they will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. If your package is deemed lost, please reach out to our team at support@detoxrejuvenation.com and we can begin the claim submission process.
