Refunds and Returns 

When you make a purchase from us, all sales are final and non-refundable. We request that you please review your order before completing payment to make sure everything is correct, and our team is always here to answer any questions you may have before checking out. 

Problems With Order Upon Arrival

If you experience any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to our customer support team at support@detoxrejuvenation.com and provide any relevant details or photos to help us resolve this for you. Examples of situations when you should reach out to us right away include receiving the wrong product, missing products or receiving damaged products. 

Lost, Stolen or Returned Packages

We are always working hard to ship out your packages in a timely manner, but there are only certain aspects of the fulfillment journey we have control over. While we do everything we can to make sure the package has the best chance of delivery, as soon as we release the package to the shipping company we are not responsible for items that may be lost or stolen while being shipped to you, or returned to us. For this reason, we do not issue refunds for lost, stolen or undelivered return packages. 

If you did not receive your package, we suggest reaching out directly to the carrier as they will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. In case the package is deemed lost, 

Refrigeration

Select products will be shipped with cold packs to ensure they retain their quality in the case of extended shipping times, and this will be noted in the product's description. This is a precaution that our fulfillment team takes but may not always guarantee that the product arrives fresh if there are extenuating circumstances or delays. This is especially important to keep in mind if you're placing an international order that will take longer to arrive, or during very hot periods of weather. Once you receive your shipment, please refrigerate any products that require it as soon as possible. 

International Orders

We make every effort we can to get your shipment to you but due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that international orders will be accepted by your local authority and delivered as expected. We have limited our shipping to certain regions that are known to reject shipments, but in case this happens to you, please let us know.

For international orders, shipping options are auto-populated based on geographic location and are as follows:

  • USPS Priority (United States Postal Service), 6-10 days depending destination
  • USPS Express (United States Postal Service), 3-5 days depending destination
  • FedEx
  • UPS

When ordering from our website you are considered the importer of record for all international orders and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Before you place your order, please make sure that the supplements you order are allowed into the destination country. It is your responsibility to know what can be shipped to your country and what cannot.

Please be aware that international orders may be charged additional fees, duties, and taxes by your destination country. We do not collect these fees nor do we know their actual costs. You are responsible for the payment of all fees, duties, and taxes to the responsible customs and taxing authorities, and you agree to pay all fees, fines and other costs charged to you or to us in connection with any non-compliance with laws and regulations to the destination country.

We will assist you with your order as much as we can, but we have no control over what happens with your customs clearance or designated carrier. We are not responsible if packages get returned to us, refused by customs or confiscated by customs. We are not liable for delays, losses or shipping charges.

Order Modifications

We process a large volume of orders, so unfortunately orders cannot be modified once placed. This includes both adding products and applying discount codes. If you’d like to add additional products, please place a second order and we will do our best to ship them together, however it is not something we can guarantee.
