Today on our Top Tips Episode, Cynthia Thurlow will share her top 3 tips on intermittent fasting.

Tip 1: You need to fast around your menstrual cycle. You can fast during the follicular phase, but you need to back off of the fasting during the week before your actual cycle.

Tip 2: You need to have the appropriate amount of sleep for your body.  Lack of sleep will keep you from losing weight.

Tip 3: STOP snacking. Do not eat processed carbohydrates or processed foods. You need to prioritize protein and non-starchy carbohydrates.
