Probiotics can drastically improve your health but it is important to know how to select the correct one for you.

More is not better, that is a marketing ploy that can be wasteful or actually harmful. Each strain has a particular effect and should be used prescriptively.

Get your probiotic from people who have experience with the products and are qualified to understand what they are selling.

Only use products that have gone through human trials. Find the research, for their particular product, do not be fooled by companies who use outsourced studies of minor ingredients in their products without ever testing the actual product.
